Returns, cancellations and refunds

Freshly prepared products

Momsukali prepares fresh mikate, mini waffles and drinks. Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly are excluded from the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is unsafe, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your order.

Cancelling a delivery order

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund by contacting contact@momsukali.ie at least 24 hours before your confirmed delivery time.

Please include your order number. We use the time your cancellation request is received to determine whether the deadline has been met.

Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours before the confirmed delivery time are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund.

Collection orders and changes

For cancellation requests concerning collection orders, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm the arrangements applicable to your order.

Changes to products, flavours, quantities or dates are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us.

Your preferred date

The date selected when ordering is a preference and remains subject to confirmation. Payment and the automatic order confirmation email do not reserve a specific date or time slot.

Sephora will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and your collection or delivery arrangements.

If we cannot accommodate your preferred date, we will discuss an alternative with you. If no suitable alternative is agreed, we will refund the affected order.

A problem with your order

If your order is incorrect, damaged, missing an item or has a quality or safety issue, please contact contact@momsukali.ie promptly.

Include your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us assess the issue, where appropriate.

We will review the situation and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include a replacement, price reduction or refund. The 24-hour cancellation deadline does not restrict these rights.

Please do not consume any product you believe may be unsafe. Contact us before returning any food or drinks.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will confirm the amount and process it without undue delay using the original payment method, unless another method is expressly agreed.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.
